"Absolutely fantastic stay. The Shepherds Hut was very cozy and comfortable. The forest riding was amazing and the App was easy to use. The paddocks are huge for the horses.Great pub and chip shop within walking distance. Have booked for next year 😁😁 highly recommend 👌"

"I have just come back from a wonderful 2 night stay at Forest Equine Escapes. It is a little piece of horsey heaven, everything is laid out perfectly and we felt instantly relaxed when we arrived. The hacking is just amazing, we covered 30 miles using the clever app and didn’t do any road work. Even the non horsey husband enjoyed himself on his bike! We cannot wait to come back next year."

"A little piece of 5 star heaven. We arrived at Forest Equine Escape for a two night stay with our horses and from the moment we arrived it was just perfect. Lucy and Matt are amazing hosts . I had asked for the paddocks to be separated as my boy can be a bit naughty and Lucy had it all prepared for us. The shepherds hut is beautiful with everything you need. The Picnic table and deckchairs are a lovely addition. The hacking is right on your doorstep and once I’d worked out the app we went for a fabulous ride. Also found the Shepherds Baa 
for a coffee break. We loved it 
so much we have booked for next year in the new hut and I cannot wait."

"I cant even put into words the joy and “calm” I felt the moment we drove into Forest Equine Escape’s
The attention to details and the thought that has gone into every tiny aspect was unbelievable
Lucy really does put the horses at the fore front of everything that she does and you can see it’s a business built with love and passion
Considering my horse is a nervous wreck the majority of the time I couldn’t believe just how happy and settled she was (and also not very keen to leave) 
we could have moved in
We went in December which came at the best time for us, to be able to have some hard standing and have time for all the little bits that get pushed aside when we’re running around with our hectic lives
This is one of the THE best holidays I have ever been on and the ONLY holiday where I was able to reset, rest and make amazing memories with my best friend
We are booked again for this year and next"
